Delivery:

SceltoBytes makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of Payment. Supplier warehouse items are shipped guided by the timelines attached to each product next to its Buy button.
Please note orders made after 1:00 PM will be entered the next day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order. For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate. If your order requires verification you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

Some orders might be subject to the interbank delay of up to 3 days for your deposited funds to reflect before the items can enter the shipping process.

Stock Availability:

As we are a reseller for a very large selection of goods we cannot possibly carry most of the items in stock. This does not limit our service offering as the distributors warehouses are close to us. If we find that the product is not available we will contact you immediately. If we find that the item cannot be shipped within 5 working days, we will contact you with alternative options including the possibility of a full refund.
To help reduce the frustration of items not being with the distributor, if we have 3 negative experiences in obtaining an advertised item, we will remove it from our catalogue.

Delivery of Overnight and 2 Day Orders:

Orders placed on our site with a a request of overnight or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM will be entered the next day. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view the shipping charges.
If you have not made yourself available to accept delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to charge you for additional attempts to deliver the purchased goods.

Shipping Rules:

A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt, Packages cannot be rerouted. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

If you paid for your Order using a Credit Card the Card Holder will have to sign and present their ID book to take delivery.
This ID must be the same as the one we have on record for the Credit Card Holder

A shipping POD with a signature is conclusive proof that the delivery was made.

If your order contains any oversize item we will notify you before we process the order
